The acknowledgement of a call to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ is an integral part of church growth and spiritual formation. We encourage those who have the call of God upon their lives to embrace this call by practicing and engaging in active ministry. Though we are certain all will not be called to pulpit ministry, we train and prepare all for the teaching and preaching ministry through academic and experiential preparedness that propels the participant into their area of ministry with boldness and confidence.

To prepare the community at large for living the dreams of generations of Americans is the purpose of this ministry. Home ownership, starting and maintaining your own business. building a non profit organization, these are all the priorities of this minisrty. We build, we develop and we push you into your full potential through monthly programs that provoke and challenge the whole man.

We don’t just talk outreach and evangelism, we practice it. Every week and with intention. From our Annual Happyness (Intended spelling) Day, to our Annual Church in the Park, we understand the importance of reaching out to the Triad first and then allowing that reach to touch the lives of many others around the globe. We feed, we clothe and we nurture; we witness and we pray for our community at large. We love the Triad, we love the people of the earth.

The ministry of our deacons is a cooperative and deliberate extension of the office of our senior pastor. These servant-leaders are engaged in ensuring the vision of our church is at all times being practiced and pursued. They visit the sick, serving communion and building strong fellowship. They work with our pastor and other ministers to unfold the love of Jesus in our daily lifestyle practices and our corporate pursuits. This ministry is by pastoral appointment and is seen as a spiritual appointment for mature leaders both male and female. 

Where most youth are the future, we have given voice to our youth to be our NOW! They are engaged weekly in entertainment and ministry thrust that build strong character and integrity in developing minds. Monthly, we are encouraged as they lead our worship services, presenting in every area of worship. They are trained to speak boldly and to articulate their convictions and beliefs in school, community and the most important place, the family. 

 From the nursery to the end of their elementary tenure our children are nurtured in the WORD and provided a safe environment in which they can worship and know Jesus. They are loved by all, as we maintain an atmosphere conducive for our children. During every worship event our ministry to the children is priority as our nursery is safe, sanitary and secure for the King’s Kids to grow and receive! 

Building strong and healthy marriage is the bedrock of strong community. As there has been an attack against the institution of marriage and the family we are aware that ministry has a responsibility to secure the first biblical institution. Before the church there was the family, and we at CCT intend to build the family structure. Join our marriage ministry quarterly for interactive fellowship and discussions that assist in building a vibrant marriage. 

To build strong men of God and to develop strong fraternity is the goal of this ministry. Building our men is essential to our cultural and spiritual heritage and we take this role very seriously. This men’s fellowship meets monthly in bible study, outreach and fun filled fellowship. We are brothers indeed and this brotherhood is strong!

Our millennials are our creatives! They are the freshness to our approaches to ministry and they are the strength of our progressive and relevant movements. They stand strong in bringing a new generation of church leadership to the front row and their devotion is unheralded. They lead us in preserving our heritages and charting new courses that influence a new generation of Christian believers. Meeting monthly to direct vision board gatherings, evangelism and strong prayer and praise presentations. 

 We believe at CCT that you only have once to make a first impression and we intend it to be a lasting impression. Building our visitors first experience with us is extremely crucial, so this ministry focuses on your view of us from in person encounters to cyber experiences, we want you to see us at our best! Parking lot attendants, valet parking for those who require special assistance, greeters, ushers and visitor service members are all prepared for your arrival at CCT.
